KUALA LUMPUR: Hubline Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges International to explore a partnership in the development and operation of a proposed deep-sea port in Kuching.
The logistics firm said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that this is congruent with its objective of expanding its business operations into the provision of port and terminal management, operations and related marine services.,
The MoU will be effective for a period of one year with an option to renew for a further period upon agreement by the parties.
Shares in HubLine ended Wednesday unchanged at four sen a share on the back of 3.06 million units exchanging hands.
